Three months
Six sessions
A committed beginning for opening the question, recognizing the old pattern, and practicing a different way forward.
A House for Transformation
For people who carry meaningful responsibility—and are ready to meet their work, relationships, and lives from a different place.
Change begins when you can see what has been quietly shaping your life.
Begin with an inquiryWho Iris Is For
Capable people seeking something more true than another solution.
You care about your impact—in work, leadership, home, and relationships. You have done a great deal with what you know, and you sense that lasting change asks for more than doing the same things with greater effort.
Iris is a place to pause honestly, understand more deeply, and move forward with a perspective that can hold the life you are actually living.
The approach
See
Notice the habits, assumptions, and inherited ways of making sense that have been organizing your experience.
Relate
Meet yourself and the people around you with more range, compassion, and responsibility.
Live
Let a renewed perspective become visible in the choices, conversations, and commitments that matter.
The container
Each conversation is one hour. Sessions are generally scheduled every two weeks, giving the work enough time to meet your real life.
Engagements
Engagement details are established in conversation. Current offerings are not presented as a self-serve purchase.
Three months
A committed beginning for opening the question, recognizing the old pattern, and practicing a different way forward.
Six months
A longer partnership for people ready to work with the fuller texture of their leadership, relationships, and daily life.
How it works
01
Share what brings you here, in your own words.
02
We will see whether Iris is the right place for the work you want to do.
03
If we move forward, we choose the engagement that gives the work room to unfold.
Questions
Coaching is one-to-one by phone. Each session is one hour, and sessions are generally scheduled every two weeks so there is room to notice, practice, and live what is emerging.
Iris is for responsible people who care about their impact in work, leadership, home, and relationships—and who are ready for lasting change rather than more of what they do not want.
No. A clear question can be useful, but it is not a requirement. The inquiry conversation is a place to see whether the work and the timing are right.
An opening
Tell Iris a little about what you are carrying or what you hope might change. This is an inquiry, not a commitment.
